If your baby has a bad reaction to a formula you've purchased from OBF24, we will do everything we can to help you find the right option for your little one. Our team of formula experts will work with you to determine the formula that best meets your baby's needs. We encourage our customers to get in touch with us if they need assistance. 
Unfortunately, Organic Baby Formula is excluded from the right to return. As we guarantee that our product is authentic and comes directly from the manufacturer, we cannot take returns, even if they are unopened. We do not restock the formula once it has left our warehouse. This provides security to our customers that the product they receive is authentic and not a counterfeit formula.

There is a low chance that customs will charge extra fees. Anyway, customs policies vary widely from country to country. This baby food was recomm...

This baby food was recommended to us by my brother whose baby had used the same organic cereals with the incredible results. At first we thought it would be expensive since it comes from abroad and is organic. Then we realized that all expenses included, it was similar to the premixed non organic and constipating formula we were giving our baby. This a great product. The best thing you can do for your baby. Shipped from Germany to Canada in a week max. We are very pleased to have made this choice.

I like that this product ...

I like that this product is made with organic spelt as opposed to white wheat and no sugar. Overall look and texture is like mini dry toast. Baby liked to hold it and bite a bit for fun but for now doesn't finish a whole one. Baby is 11 months and readily eating solids.
