I mostly breastfed my son but used the Lebenswert stage 1 to supplement. I have tried other brands and it doesn’t even compare. The American brands that I have tried was frothy upon mixing. I use to scoop out the froth before feeding my son. With this formula, there was no frothiness! It also looks and tastes like breast milk. Now that my son is 6 months old, I have stopped breastfeeding and have transitioned him to stage 2. Shipping was extremely fast. I received the formula within 2 days of ordering. Order arrived in pristine condition (very careful packaging) and all boxes had 7-8 months expiration date life which allows for consumption of all purchased boxes. this formula is the real deal, both of my son's grew up on it. My 1st son had moderate eczema that would flare up when the consumed North American formulas due to the corn syrup. I did some research and found that this formula was the best on the market. Once my 1st son started drinking this his eczema disappeared, because it was food related.

While the shipping costs are more expensive, due to being sent from Germany, the cost of the formula is cheaper, so it works out about the same as other suppliers. The formula itself has been filling up our little one nicely, since we switched from Stage 1 to Stage 2. We started our LO on formula late (after 6 months), so we stuck with Stage 1 for a little while before switching. The customer service was responsive, and since I ordered well ahead of time, using the carbon neutral shipping was a nice plus.

I had so much anxiety about starting my baby on formula at 6 months, but this took away all of my fears. My baby LOVES it, had absolutely no problems digesting it and was never constipated from it. He was always really small (1-3% on growth chart) and now he's at 8%, thanks in part to this formula (and starting solids). Great product!

I was so nervous to start...
I was so nervous to start combination feeding my 6 month old, but when my supply tanked, I knew it was time.
I wanted to give him the best possible formula with the fewest "bad" ingredients, and after hours of research, I landed on Lebenswert.
He took it immediately and loved it. He starts kicking and squirming with excitement when he sees me making the bottle, but also happily breastfeeds morning and night.
He seems to be thriving on the formula and I'm so happy to have something so natural to supplement my breast milk!

From what I understand, many formulas are actually like junk food for babies. (I read this when researching the best alternative to breast milk after 6 mo. of feeding - I can't find the link now, but it was mildly terrifying...) On recommendation of a friend I bit the bullet and bought "the German stuff." Auggie seemed to enjoy it, and it has been gone for a month or so now, so we've bought the regular formula from the small town grocery store. His cradle cap is back, and after switching to the toddler drink, he developed small bumps on his chest and back. (I've often heard the state of your skin is a reflection of your nutrition.) So - I'm back to buy the next round. It's a big chunk of money all at once, but I feel like it's worth it.

I would love to exclusively breastfeed my baby but unfortunately I have a low milk supply. So he gets 3 bottles of breastmilk and 3 bottles of Lebenswert everyday. It's easy to transition him from breastmilk to formula and he has no problems with it. We love it and we love Organic Baby Food! I switched from Enfamil to Holle Lebenswert when I stopped breastfeeding and I am so glad that I made this decision. It tastes way much better ( at least I think so) than other formula I have bought before and the ingredients are also much healthier. It also dissolves easily in warm water with little air bubbles. Ive had some issues with breastfeeding around 6 months and started looking into formula alternatives. I was shocked to see how much awful ingredients are in american formula! I'm very happy with my experience with organicbabyfood24. My baby has been eating this formula for a while, but we live in the US and I cannot buy it locally. I've tried other websites, but ran into inconsistent supply, which is very stressful when a baby needs food. I wasn't willing to switch to another formula and a friend recommended your site.
