European formula has a few small differences from US brands, but the preparation is just as easy. Below you’ll find a simple step-by-step guide to mix safe, smooth, perfectly portioned bottles every time.
Step-by-Step Bottle Preparation
1. Clean & sterilize
Wash the bottle, teat, and ring, then place them in boiling water for 3–5 minutes.
2. Prepare fresh water
Boil fresh water for each feed and let it cool to about 50 °C / 122 °F.
3. Add part of the water
Pour about half of the required water into the clean bottle.
4. Add the powder
Use the scoop provided in the pack and add the number of level scoops shown in the feeding table.
A common rule of thumb is 1 scoop per 1 fl oz — but always follow the instructions on your specific box.
5. Mix thoroughly
Close the bottle tightly and shake well until the powder is fully dissolved.
Add the remaining water and shake again gently until the formula is smooth.
6. Cool & check the temperature
Let the bottle cool to about 37 °C / 98.6 °F.
Always test before feeding.

- Do not adjust the feed strength.
- Prepare feeds fresh and discard leftovers.
- Never heat formula in the microwave.
- Use opened formula within the timeframe stated on your box (often 2–3 weeks).
